**Roles and Responsibilities of a Primary school teacher assistant - Barking and Dagenham**

A mainstream Primary school located in Barking and Dagenham is seeking for a Primary school teacherassistant to assistchildren across KS1-KS2, as well as be supporting the teacher with daily tasks. Assisting children with special needs and learning disabilities on a daily basis is one of the primary roles of Primary teacher assistants. You'll have students that you work with 1:1, or group settings - therefore the ability to build a positive relationship with the children you work with is essential as a Primary School Teaching Assistant. You will liaise with teachers, SENDCO and other Primary school teacher assistants. Additionally, you can lead intervention groups for children within your class or year group.
