Digital Designer

Working for a globally recognised brand, this role will be responsible for the delivery of digital design assets for the online channels, ensuring a consistent brand appearance. Working closely with other online team members and the brand teams, they willrefine and guide the visual direction and execution of websites and digital channels.

**General duties to include**:

- Create and implement innovative designs for digital brand campaigns.
- Turn wireframes into creative and user focused digital experiences.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure designs and assets are aligned with the business goals.
- Produce responsive designs that work cross-platform and cross-device.
- Develop creative design-led concepts, artwork and layouts for all brands, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and considering reader’s needs.
- Work with developers to ensure the correct implementation of approved design and UX functionality.
- Collaborate with the online and brand teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensure consistency in designs and content across all platforms.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or related experience.
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
- Experience with user-centered design and user testing.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as InVision and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to present ideas and concepts, adapt quickly to feedback and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.
- A team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
