**This is a fantastic opportunity to come and join the Children 1st team in Aberdeen**:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Family Wellbeing Services in Aberdeen. Children 1st alongside partners are offering early help to whole families, as part of Fit Like? Aberdeen. We have entered year 3 of a hugely successful period of service provision in the city and with further extension to funding being confirmed to March 2024 we are looking to add to our team.

We are therefore looking to add to our team of compassionate, dynamic, experienced and motivated individuals who can drive the successful development and growth of this partnership across Aberdeen through the formation of quality relationships providing flexible support responding to the everchanging wellbeing needs of families.

Children 1st along with partners share a determination to act upon the recommendations from The Independent Care Review and deliver The Promise to children and young people. We are also determined that the full incorporation of the UNCRC means that children will have their rights respected in all areas of their lives and will have a real say in the way they are supported. **Base**

You will be based in our wellbeing service in Aberdeen, we have access to three hub buildings throughout the city and will travel to connect with other parts of the organisation when required.

**Salary, Conditions, Pension**

We will offer you a competitive salary, generous annual leave entitlement (40 days inclusive of 9 public holidays), flexible working opportunities and a contributory pension scheme and significant training and development opportunities.

**Further Information**:
This a fixed term, full time post of 35 hours per week, funded initially until 31 March 2024.
