**Role and responsibilities...**
- Conducting regular inspections of the school facilities and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical fixtures, and addressing general wear and tear.
- Ensuring a clean and tidy environment by organizing waste disposal and sanitation efforts.
- Coordinating with the school management to report any significant issues or potential hazards.
- Assisting with the setup and dismantling of equipment for school events and activities.
- Collaborating with other staff members to support the overall functioning of the school.

**Requirements..**
- Previous experience in maintenance or caretaking roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable.
