Job Summary:
We have an immeadiate vacancy for someone with roofing and carpentry experience. We provide a van with insurance and so require applicants to have a full clean license and be over 25 years of age. This position is available on a self-employed basis.
- **Flat roofs**:

- **Guttering**:

- **Slating and Tiling**:

- **General Maintenance.**

**Duties**:

- Understand customer requests.
- Perform other asociated maintenance works ( carpentry, tiling, etc).
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of tools, materials and equipment.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in roofing, carpentry, heavy lifting, joinery, and the use of hand tools
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Required minimum of 5 years' experience
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: £32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
