Qualities Required:

- A natural leader with attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure with a small team with the desire to motivate, teach and support progression.
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the business in the absence of the Manager, spending the majority of your time on the floor ensuring you and your team exceed guests’ expectations on every visit.
- Assist in recruitment, training and develop a team of committed and passionate individuals to assist you in achieving outstanding standards and results throughout the business.
- Shared responsibility for stock, cash, and compliance in your venue with the assistance of our head office support team.
- An inspiring, hands-on supervisor who can lead a team to success.
- Enthusiasm and the belief that you can be the best at what you do.
- A strong passion for the industry with a focused commitment of providing an exception experience to our guests.

**Salary**: From £10.20 per hour
