We are looking for a highly motivated individual who displays positivity and leadership within a team to assist in the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service which consistently meets the needs of all service uses.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Be a role model supporting your peers whilst actively promoting the role of pharmacy technicians

Together with senior technical team, ensure the smooth day to day running of dispensaries and ward technical services

Be accurate in your working with a good attention to detail and have good communication skills

Assist with supervision, training and development of pharmacy and other MDT staff

Participate in quality projects and service development

Assist in staff appraisal system including monthly one to ones

**Skills & Experience**

Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with GPhC

Hospital Experience would be a plus

ACT and/or MMT accreditation is desirable

Good spoken and written English.

Ability to work quickly, accurately and in an organised manner under pressure

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
