This vibrant company offers HR support, employment law advice and management training solutions across the South of England, and they’re looking for a true all-rounder to join their team.

So rather than be based within one company, this busy role is designed to support multiple clients at once, giving maximum variety and opportunity. As a HR consultant, this role involves dealing with incoming enquiries, working with clients from all kinds of industries, dealing with crisis HR situations if they arise, providing clear advice and support, helping devise and deliver training solutions, pulling together policy wording and projects, and helping the team stay on top of the latest developments in statute and case law.

Building and maintaining a solid client base through networking, referrals, and events, and representing the company to help the business grow, is also a must.

If this role interests you as a HR professional, then you’ll need to be highly experienced, particularly in employment law, motivated, dedicated, and personable - so you’ll be able to communicate clearly, ‘read the room’ with your clients, and be an adept problem-solver.

This role is an ideal opportunity to increase the scope of your HR experience and while it will be hard work, progression within the company is encouraged and supported so your efforts will yield long term reward.

This full-time role comes with a 30K to 35K salary (depending on experience and abilities), and regular expenses-paid travel across Dorset and Hampshire.
