Ground Worker

Our growing Groundwork, brickwork and fencing department requires that 2 experienced Groundwork's/fencers to join our team to complete reactive and planned maintenance repairs in domestic/residential homes.

**Daily Duties will include**
- Paving (slab, brick and Block)
- Concrete, paths, Driveways and repair
- Tarmac laying (Small areas by hand)
- Bricklaying (Boundary walls and repairs)
- Fencing (all kinds)

Working as the lead tradesman in a team of 2 carrying out repairs and re instatement of paving, patios, driveways, pathways, fencing, tarmac and brickwork repairs

**Experience**
- You will need experience of Driving a medium size Flat bed van
- Knowledge and experience of reactive and planned maintenance groundwork would be an advantage
- Experience of Working safely in line with HSE and industry standards

**Salary and Hours**
- Working Hours are On-site for 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday with a 1 hour break.
- Overtime and weekend working is available

**Salary**: £31,200.00-£39,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We have worked safely throughout the pandemic providing training and methods to all our staff to allow them to work safely in peoples homes. We provide all the necessary and recommended PPE including FFP3 and 'Facefit' training.

**Experience**:

- Groundwork and/or Fencing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
- DBS Check (required)
