**The Role**:

- Annual review preparation for adviser meetings.
- Preparing meeting packs for client appointments and reviews.
- Updating CRM systems with client fact find information and client files.
- Research assistance for advisers and obtaining plan information from providers.
- Document management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved, and archived in accordance with department operating procedures.
- General office duties, including answering telephones, client queries.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Essential criteria_
- Good market knowledge of pensions & investments.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Full driving licence and access to own transport as some travelling to other offices will be required periodically
- Desirable criteria_
- 2 years+ experience working within an IFA or Wealth management practice.
- Experience using Intelligent Office CRM system.
