RMF Recourse Solutions are looking for a SSSTS Civils Supervisor - 3m Deep drainage project.

Looking for a 3 man gang consisting of the following
- SSSTS Civils Supervisor

360 operator

Groundworker

All must have Deep drainage experienced.

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
- Inspect project sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in project execution
- Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones and any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any concerns or modifications needed during the construction process

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing and supervising civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools related to civil engineering
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and working in various conditions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: £23.00-£24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
