Job Advert**:Warehouse Team Leader - Hubaco Ltd**

Hubaco Ltd is a holding company that specializes in outdoor equipment and school wear. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Warehouse Team Leader to join our Team. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Warehouse Operatives to ensure that all goods are received, stored and dispatched correctly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and working alongside the Warehouse Operatives to ensure all duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Ensuring the timely Receipt and Dispatch of all goods.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring that inventory is managed to the utmost accuracy.
- Ensuring that Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Overseeing the upkeep of the Warehouse, including maintaining equipment and conducting regular inspections.
- Participating in regular Team meetings to ensure goals are being met and to identify areas for Continuous Improvement.
- Training and mentoring staff to improve their skills and development.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a small team.
- Knowledge of inventory management software, WMS preferred.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

This is a hands-on role where working alongside your Team is compulsory.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-16:00.
