**Delta Hotels by Marriott** is currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Front Office Supervisors and Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment in line with our brand standards. As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include:
**1. Supporting Daily Operations**: Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless daily operations. This includes processing check-ins, check-outs, guest requests and inquiries, as well as handling room service orders.

**2. Exceptional Customer Service**: Go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. With your warm and welcoming demeanor, you will create a positive and memorable experience for each guest.

**3. Cash and Key Security**: Maintain strict control and security measures for cash and key handling, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of guest information.

**4. Accurate Financial Documentation**: Conduct thorough checks of figures, postings, and documents to ensure accuracy. Perform audits and reconciliations of all revenue postings, as well as review statistical, financial, and accounting reports and tables.

**5. Front Office Coverage**: This role covers the entirety of the Front Office operation, which includes 24-hour service across reception, telephone handling, room service order taking, and guest relations. You will be an integral part of our dedicated team.

**Education and Experience**: - Preferred experience in the Front Office operation, Finance and Accounting, Auditing, or related hospitality departments. - Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with numbers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service. - Ability to work night shifts and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
