**Duration**:Twelve (12) months. To start once security clearance is obtained

**Hours**:FULL TIME Mon-Fri 37 hrs per week Between 8.00am and 6.00pm on a rota basis

Adecco are pleased to have on offer a wonderful opportunity for skilled, experienced, Executive Officers to fill a Twelve (12) month temporary contract in Hounslow.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Line-manage a team of Administrative Officers
- Act as a point of contact for queries relating to all tasks undertaken by Admin Officers
- Triage asylum cases to identify any delays or problems in the way of lining up with local deadlines and national priorities, so that they can be allocated in a timely manner
- Ensure decision makers diary is regularly updated
- Maintain accurate case records, uploading documents on appropriate databases
- Obtain information from external agencies when required and collaborate with Safeguarding teams, Technical Specialist, and other external stakeholders to ensure cases are decision ready in line with local deadlines and National priorities
- Compile and submit stats to team manager as and when required
- Review and prioritize queries in the inbox for actioning
- Provide daily stats on Asylum interviews completed
- Monitor case progression
- Monitor interview bookings, file movement/scanning and valuable documents
- Liaise with the interpreter's unit when appropriate

- Make accurate decisions by following guidance
- Team leadership, providing motivation and support
- Effectively manage workflows
- Excellent IT (Information Technology) skills

**Security Clearance**

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we will need to apply, on your behalf, for security clearance and you will need to meet the following requirements:

- Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
- Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status
- NI Number
- 2 x proof of addresses (all inUK)
- 5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
- 3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month

If placed into a role you will undergo extensive training and the expectation is that you will stay in that role for the duration of the assignment, or a minimum of 4 months, before we can reassign you into a different business area. If you feel the role upon offer is not suitable you will need to discuss this prior to undergoing training.
