- Initial 3 month contract, potentially extended for at least 12 monthsRandstad are delighted to be working with a renowned East London university. They are recruiting for a Placement Careers Coach to join their team, principally working with MBA and MSc students to obtain placements as well as general career support.

This role is on an initial 3 month contract, but potentially extended for at least 12 months, working 3 days per week (21 hours).

**Duties**:

- Help develop and maintain links for current and future opportunities with local, national, and international employers and relevant organisations to secure suitable opportunities for students.
- Help design, develop and deliver employability workshops for students to prepare them for placements as well as provide ongoing careers support.
- Provide 1-2-1 appointments, coaching, e-guidance, telephone, drop-in sessions, workshops and online materials.
- Ongoing monitoring of all placements to ensure compliance and level of service is maintained for both students and employers.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within a careers or placement role is a must.
- Experience of providing wide ranging support to students, including those on Tier 4 visas.
