**Working 30 hours per week**

**£17,940 - £19,907.58 per annum pro-rata (£21,684.00 - £24,055.00 per annum Full Time Equivalent)**

During the summer holidays Cheltenham Ladies’ College welcomes and provides a range of Summer Schools, including large international language schools and in-house educational courses delivered by College. In addition to this the Commercial team plans, runs, supports and organises a whole host of other events throughout the year.

We have an opportunity for a Summer School & Events Administrator to join our Commercial team and provide administration support in the lead up to, and delivery of, the range of Summer Schools, including large international language schools hiring the premises, and in house educational courses delivered by College. In addition, the role will also support the with administration tasks in the lead up to, and delivery of, other key Commercial Events across the Cheltenham Ladies’ College site.
