Relish School Food are a Fresh Food company specialising in the education market, we are looking for an experienced **Payrol & Pension Administrator **to join our Payroll team at the Head Office in Eastwood. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to grow with a successful Company.

**Key attributes for the role**:

- Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and payroll regulations.
- Calculate and process deductions, pay rate changes, starters, leavers, overtime, SMP, SSP, expenses etc.
- Monitor the Payroll inbox, liaise with Line managers and employees in the resolution of any payroll queries.
- Ability to interact effectively and communicate well at all levels.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations Managers and Payroll Manager to ensure payroll is accurate and establish robust processes and controls.
- To review all processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practice for the business.

**Pension**:

- Upload monthly pension contributions reports to scheme providers and ensure payments are collected within agreed time frames.
- Regularly audit pension contribution rates and payroll submissions.

- Liaise with external pension providers and LGPS (Local Government Pension Providers).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage, Iris.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, pensions and regulations.
- Experience with data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand & analyse data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
