Aberdeen, United Kingdom Penumbra Full time

**Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)**

**Salary: £23,436 - £24,699 per annum (£12.02 - £12.67 p/h equivalent)**

**Permanent - Full Time**

If you are looking for a rewarding career and to work within an epic team that will help you grow and thrive, then you have come to the right place. Here you can start your day knowing what you do really does make a difference

Our Aberdeen WELL (Well Empowered Linked Locally) service will provide direct access to a community-based team of Peer Practitioners and volunteers. The team will work with Partners to provide short-term support and will connect people to appropriate support agencies and community resources. The team will also develop peer networks so that people have access to support within their local areas from people with lived experience.

As a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a central role in the planning and provision of quality, recovery focused support to people who use the service. A Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner is someone who supports and enables people to achieve their goals and maximise their potential - therefore you will assist people who use the service to establish and maintain a meaningful and fulfilling life in the community.

Demonstrating a commitment to values-base practice, and as part of a wider locality team, you will support the successful implementation and delivery of high-quality services that make a positive difference to people.

Currently this post will include a blended approach of both remote working (from home and our office base) and face-to
- face working. At present, in person support is only delivered within Police Custody but this may change dependent upon the needs of those we support.

We can offer you a tonne of employee benefits, and we can promise you’ll be inspired by some pretty amazing humans every single day. We will support you on your own career path; developing new skills, accessing formal and informal learning experiences and providing opportunities to put your continual progress into practice.
