**Part-time Intervention Teacher - Required for a primary school in hackney** Are you a primary school teacher with the drive and creativity to make a positive impact in a school? We’re currently looking for 2 intervention teachers to work across 2 primary schools in Hackney.

**About the role**: Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm-5pm

Role: Working with Year 6 with maths and reading for SATs

Pay: £35 an hour

Within the role, you will be working with individual children or small groups in order to bridge any gaps in knowledge caused by school closures. Subject focus will vary across the day and upon appointment, you will be provided with an induction to discussthe varying needs of the children you will be working alongside.

**The ideal applicant**: This role would suit an ambitious teacher who is looking for a new challenge. You will have the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver outstanding lessons and will demonstrate best practice in improving pupil progress and attainment.
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Ability to teach across the entire school and all primary phases
- A strong positive role model
- Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
