In this role you thrive on the smooth running of the lines and factory processes. This role is certainly not just about cleaning the equipment and looking after the machines where food is packaged or mixed to our recipes. It’s about delivering an excellent service, leading on improvements, and ensuring our food is safe and accessible to our consumers - your friends, family and communities.
As our Factory Operative, you will be making a difference to the lives of colleagues, communities, and consumers. This is a small company feel with a big-brand appeal. In a busy factory environment, you will be demonstrating your problem-solving skills by trouble shooting the lines and offering practical solutions, you will show a team spirit each day when you agree tasks with your colleagues, and you will be adaptable to support the introduction of a smart factory where technology improves the lives of all colleagues and projects the company into the future.
