Trading Van Driver

St Christopher’s trading is a growing, forward thinking, leading charity retailer. We are currently looking to recruit dynamic and motivated individuals to assist in the supply and stock rotation of our well-established shops. These are an essential link between the community and the hospice and you will act as an ambassador for our charity.

Your new role will be always on the go using the logistics vans to assist the shops with stock rotation and supply, house clearances, furniture and large item collection and also for deliveries.

Furniture must be handled with care to ensure the customer receives the goods in the same condition as when it was bought.

On occasion, shifts will be available for events and functions to help with the set up and take down of equipment and stock.

To succeed in this role you will need a full clean driving licence, B classification and experience of stock and inventory control. You will be experience in customer facing roles, with a good geographical knowledge of the local area and vehicle maintenance.

Our drivers work flexibly over a seven-day working week, including weekend work and we would ideally like people who are available for weekend shifts.
