**Job description for Export Administrator**

**About us**

We are looking for an Export administrator to join our team at Head Office, to ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders adhering to export regulations.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee administration process from entering orders, through to invoicing
- Coordinate international Shipping including Preparing quotations and Monitoring export shipments
- Setting up new customers and Managing of existing customers Information.
- Following up for Proforma Payments and Balances Due.
- Setting customer credit limits and completing credit checks
- Managing Daily updates to clients and account managers, Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Handling preparation of Clearance documentation, and maintaining records.
- Ensure each shipment meets regulations for documentation.
- Adhoc Admin Support.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Knowledge of International Shipping with Road, Sea and Air Couriers.
- Knowledge of Export requirements and documentation.
- Highly Organized, Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to priorities own workload.
- Strong communication skills
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Phone manner
- Must be detail oriented.- Minimum 1 - 2 years admin experience within a similar role.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
