House Keeper/General Assistant required for small B & B Hotel (live In position)

Boscombe Reef Hotel is a small Bed & Breakfast Hotel In Bournemouth with 10 rooms. We have a vacancy for a customer focussed, industrious, hard working person to work and live in on site. Free accommodation and all utility bills provided with the role.

Personal Requirements:
Very Good Communication Skill in English
Customer Focus and able to deal with general customer queries,
Worked in Hotel/Hospitality Industry
Legal to work in the UK without any restriction
Willing to live on site with a flexible approach to the working hours
Able to work on your own
Display integrity, honesty and trustworthiness working with customers

General Job Description:

- Your main duties are to ensure the Bed & Breakfast is prepared and cleaned to a very high standard

Specific Duties:
You will be directly responsible for:
1) Cleaning and servicing rooms to ‘AA’ standards and guidelines.
2) Washing bed linen, towels and any other items associated with the running of the business. Pillowcase ironing
3) Putting out continental breakfast and clearing away
3) Keeping all public areas clean
4) Occasionally receiving guests and checking them in or out of their rooms

Working Hours:
7,30 to 12.30 daily. 6 days a week including saturday.

MUST BE ON SITE FROM 7pm, 6 days a week to deal with customers if situation arises

Salary and Benefits with Accommodation:
Salary £1600 per calendar month plus additional payment for checking in duties to £1800 per month
Large ground floor accommodation provided free including bills and wi fi.
