Joinery Estimator

We are seeking a talented Joinery Estimator who is a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a passion for joinery and an exceptional eye for accuracy.

As a joinery estimator, you will play a crucial role in our clients projects, ensuring that cost estimates and quotations align with client requirements and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate estimates and quotes based on client requirements and specifications.
- Review commercial contracts to ensure they align with the original quotation.
- Create detailed quotation documents using our in-house custom software, supporting the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate estimation of project hours.
- Manage project risks through meticulous specification and documented discussions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering complete and timely responses throughout the tender process and after project acquisition.
- Facilitate smooth handovers to the design team and workshop once projects are secured.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in bespoke joinery and furniture making, showcasing your expertise.
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills to effectively meet clients' objectives.
- Proven ability to develop estimates and quotes in alignment with client requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage project risks.
- Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
