We have exciting opportunities for experiencedBuyers based at our state-of-the-art facility near Coventry.

You will manage purchasing activities across a broad range of project driven manufacturing commodities and services, raising purchase requisitions and orders on the ERP system, ensuring all data is accurately recorded. You will be accustomed to liaisingwith multiple stakeholders, including suppliers to ensure continuity and delivery of supply and will be an integral part of the procurement process, identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure transparent and astraightforward operation. Organised andmethodical, you will demonstrate key negotiation skills and will feel as ease liaising with suppliers and resolving any issues that may arise.

We’re looking for an innovative individual with excellent problem-solving skills who can think outside the box to propose solutions. With experience in purchasing / procurement, you will have knowledge of ERP systems and be proficient with Excel. You’llhave a good understanding of procurement processesand will be able to identify improvements to the supply chain.Excellent negotiation and communication skills are paramount to this position, so a confident and resilient approach to work is essential. Ideally,you will have knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing markets and will be CIPS qualified or willing to achieve the qualification.
