I am seeking a Head of IT to lead and manage a team of Engineers. As the hub for the entire IT infrastructure, including ERP and WMS systems, your role will be pivotal in driving technological advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the company's IT infrastructure, guiding its evolution and ensuring seamless operation.
- Lead and mentor our talented IT team, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Negotiate and manage IT contracts and oversee hardware and software procurement.
- Drive project-based implementations of cutting-edge solutions, from VMWare to BI systems.
- Continuously research and present innovative IT solutions to propel our business forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal system integration and user adoption.
- Champion data protection policies and GDPR compliance, safeguarding our assets against cyber threats.

**Attributes/Skills**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, with at least 3 years in IT management.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMWare, and more.
- Experience in EPOS systems and Progress DBs is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
