**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA.
- Ability to conduct online remote assessments - and face-to-face sessions when required.
- A good telephone manner.
- A good command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Must have a good level of ICT skills.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Hold a recognised qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service.
- Hold a recognised qualification adult teaching qualification such as AET or CET
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.

**Duties include**:

- Mark, grade and give feedback on the written work submitted by learners completing their Assessor qualification using our online learning platform.
- Book and conduct support sessions over the telephone.
- Conduct professional discussions with learners.
- Take part in centre standardisation and quality assurance activities.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners’ needs.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
