**Recruitment Consultants**

You’ll be working across your territory to raise service awareness, build and maintain relationships with clients, to ensure we maintain a good understanding of their temporary and permanent medical staffing recruitment needs and requirements for medical staffing roles from entry levels to Specialist Consultants.

You will also liaise with other recruitment consultants, producing an immediate sales impact and closing deals.
- A UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working towards KPIs and objectives in a target driven environment
- Proven and demonstrable experience in a recruitment consultant role, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels across a wide range of managerial and professional groups
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively without direct supervision
- Strong business insights and business planning skills
