Our client based in Lutterworth is looking for Team Leaders to coordinate the day to day running of their Distribution Centre to achieve a safe and efficient operation.

You will provide line management to your team, monitor workloads and provide support to ensure your team delivers on their targets.

**Shift Pattern**: 12.00 - 20.00

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily performance management of your team and hands-on leadership approach, that provides positive encouragement and guidance by coaching and motivating and giving direction.
- Surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and champion a high level of customer service.
- Drive maximum attendance levels and manage time & attendance in accordance with the companies policy and procedures.
- Monitor team member performance and completion of tasks against objectives. Address any training requirements and initiate action to address performance concerns.
- Monitor all inbound, outbound and pick movements through the warehouse management system.
- Manage compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding SHEQ, by being a Health & Safety champion in the Distribution Centre and ensure the standards and housekeeping are maintained and continuously improved.

- WMS, Outlook and MS Office knowledge.
- Experience of LEAN, Six Sigma or 5S practices.
