A Stores Porter required for an ongoing temporary contract within the NHS.
I am delighted to be supporting a South Tyneside based organisation who are actively recruiting for a Stores Porter to join them on a temporary basis.
This opportunity reporting the Materials Manager, will be to provide an effective service ensuring all incoming goods are managed, stored and distributed around the NHS Trust. You will be responsible for taking receipt of all incoming goods against purchaseorders, as well as managing bulk deliveries and ensuring their is allocated storage space available. You will work to ensure the distribution of stock and various departments utilising on-line systems and software packages to ensure the right stock level isin the right place.
As a self-motivated and highly organised individual you will be efficient in prioritising your workload accordingly. You will be IT literate and be able to use software packages to manage stock and stock levels. You will have good customer service skills andbe able to work alongside other teams and developments effectively.
