**The Concept Group have an exciting opportunity for a Washroom Service Operator to join its team. The Concept Group have been providing hygiene products and services to companies throughout Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom since 1998. We provide the one-stop-shop option to clients throughout Northern Ireland for facilities services, catering equipment sales, janitorial products, and specialised cleaning services.**

Reporting to the Manager this role is responsible for all aspects of cleaning and servicing of washroom assets, within the washroom services division.

**Working Pattern**:

- 37.5 Hours per Week
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm

**The Role**:

- Under the direction and guidance from your manager
- Servicing of feminine hygiene units, nappy / medi units, urine sanitisers, vending machines, Air fresheners.
- Provide an efficient, safe, consistent, and quality service to the complete satisfaction of our clients observing all the appropriate procedures and guidelines of The Concept Group policy.
- Follow all site protocols for visitors, health & Safety.
- Always represent the company in a professional manor.
- Ensure that all equipment is safely and properly used and that any faults are promptly reported and fixed.
- Ensure that safe work practices are followed.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to dress and behaviour codes.
- Maintain effective communications with the Management Team & Systems co-Ordinator
- Ensuring that good working relationship is maintained with and between team members.
- Ensuring the vehicle is fully always stocked, including carrying spare units.
- Reporting to the office, all issues with regards to contaminated units, ensuring these are collected by SRCL
- Ensure that all Mobile telephones are correctly used as per company policy.
- Ensure that all assets are barcoded and recorded using WorkPal, all issues to be reported to the systems co-Ordinator.
- Regular communication with manager to ensure smooth running of the operation.
- Complete ‘Toolbox’ meeting training as required.
- Mentor all new entrants and validate all training and up skilling of new entrants.
- Ensure that health & safety is always adhered to.

**The Person**:

- Full Clean UK Driving License be over the age of 25, and a minimum of two years driving experience
- Forklift Experience (Preferred but not Essential)
- Minimum 3 years Warehouse Experience (Preferred but not Essential)
- Forward Facing Customer Service Skills
- Keen Eye for Detail
- Proficient in Administration Paperwork
- Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
- Experience in multi drop deliveries would be an advantage

**Salary**: £23,200.00 per year
