_**Avid Personnel Ltd**_ are proud to be representing our client based on the outskirts of Wrexham in their search for a Production Planner to join their ever growing team
- **Job Description**_
- Create and maintain a 4 week production & capacity plan using annual sales, monitoring trends and seasonality’s, whilst integrating forecasting and adjusting stock holding to ensure KPIs are met in line with sales demand.
- Report daily, weekly on departmental KPI’s.
- Monitor stock movements using ERP system to adjust production plan and respond to business needs.
- Monitor large order report and prioritise daily production as necessary, ensuring promise file is kept up to date.
- Manage and control raw material requirements including planning, order raising and expediting to meet production requirements whilst keeping within inventory budget.
- Manage and control decking including planning, order raising, outsource treatment and ensuring products are prioritized accordingly.
- Complete BOM’s & Routings for new products, whilst also reviewing and updating existing BOMS & Routings.
- Optimise plant utilisation in line with Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), seeking root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders in daily/weekly production & KPI meetings, liaising with all areas of production and internal customers effectively.
- Proactively provide support to commercial stakeholders to support specific customers, seeking resolutions and providing support/solutions where needed.
- Maintain and update Planning folder database as required.
