We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Maintenance Team Leader **to** **join our team working full time, **38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.** In return we will offer you a competitive pay rate with the opportunity to earn even more, a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK’s most stunning forest environments.

Open all year round, as a Maintenance Team Leader you will play a pivotal role supporting the Operations Manager and assist in the training of the Support Crew, working alongside them ensure they complete their daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.

Our Maintenance Team Leader will complete general maintenance tasks, so a good knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is essential. You will complete checks of our cabins to ensure that everything is in good working order and respond to issues that guests raise - anything from a dishwasher not draining to concerns over their heating and hot water. In addition, you may be required to complete general maintenance on our fleet of mountain bikes.

**There is team accommodation on site available for this role. **All utilities are provoided in return for a £140 salary deduction per month and the requirement to do occassional overnight emergency on-call duties. This is a potential saving to you of around £10k per year.
