Roofer / Tiler / Felter

Birch Tree Northern are currently recruiting for a roofer for a variety of work across the North East.

**The Applicant(s)**

**Skill Set**

Skills should include but not be limited to,
- Slating
- Tiling
- Torch on flat roofing
- Repair works

**Scope of works**
- Local authorities
- Registered social landlords
- Building maintenance personagement companies
- Domestic clients

**Training (essential)**

As a minimum, applicants will have a current and valid
- CSCS Card
- Working at Heights
- Manual Handling

**Preferred but not essential**
- Asbestos Awareness
- Face Fit test

**Travel**

Applicants will have a current valid UK driver licence. Applicants will have access to transport to get to and from work. Applicants will be expected to have their own tools and plant (within reason) to undertake daily duties.(Company vehicle may be supplied)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Roofing: 10 years (required)
