**The Role**:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be working closely with both the Sales & Partnerships team and Marketing & Affiliates team. You will predominantly be responsible for maintaining partner relationships and seeking new business opportunities.
An understanding of music production and previous client-facing experience is essential when applying.

Responsibilities: *
- Maintaining relationships with a significant number of our music software suppliers
- Responsible for sourcing and building relationships with new music software suppliers
- Arranging promotions and marketing opportunities for our suppliers
- Attending industry events
- Analysing and communicating sales figures
- Monthly sales figures reporting to Sales & Partnerships team and General Manager
- Providing product feedback to our suppliers
- Providing promotional campaign feedback to our suppliers
- Curating multi-manufacturer product bundles
**Required**:

- Previous client-facing and relationship management experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Dedicated to working hard and taking on responsibilities
- Customer Support/Customer Care experience useful
- An understanding of the music software industry and product catalogue
- Working in an e-commerce business
- Understanding of digital and content marketing
- The understanding of customer profiles and demographics
- Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
