Accounts Administrator Position Overview
Aptitude for figures as there are financial aspects to this role
Admin experience
Good organisational skills
Social Media experience i.e.: updating webpages
Outlook experience
Duties of the Accounts Assistant would include:
- Updating and working in XERO Accounts Package
Purchase & Sales Ledger
Bank reconciliation
Debt chasing
ISO reporting
Placement of supplier orders
Answering the phone and dealing with any queries.
Accounts Administrator Position Requirements
- Experience within a finance team is essential, either as an accounts administrator or accounts assistant.
- Be a well organised individual, who is detail conscious
- Be able to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
- Have knowledge of the accounts package XERO
- Work ethic - a positive attitude and a desire to get things done
Accounts Adminisrator Position Remuneration
£20,000 - £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm or 8.30 - 17.00 with a 1-hour lunch break
