Pa/office Manager

**Role**:
- Provide full PA support to the Regional Directors including diary management, expense processing, scheduling and coordinating meetings and associated equipment and catering.
- Admin support to a team of 20.
- Ensure the Regional Director has information readily available before meetings.
- Organise travel and accommodation.
- Archiving documentation using agreed system.
- Filing updates and records compliance.
- Assisting with letter and report creation and distribution with use of MS packages such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Preparing presentations using MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Printing, binding, laminating documents.
- General office duties including the provision of stationery, ensuring confidential information is securely disposed of, post administration.
- Ensure systems are in place for the office to run smoothly and effectively and to implement changes when needed.
- Ownership of the region’s relationships for business rates and appropriate subscription agreements.
- Greet and manage visitors.
- Book meeting rooms and catering.
- Dealing with incoming calls efficiently.
- Meeting note taking.
- Ensure the office is professionally presented and well organised.
- To be part of the wider business support team as required.
