My clients seeking an experienced **OCEAN OPERATIONS CLERK** to join their expanding team based within the Rainham area.

**Daily duties would include**:

- Handling ocean operations (Imports /exports)
- FCL & LCL
- Booking shipments
- Arranging delivers and collections
- Arranging billing for VAT/ Duty
- Monitoring shipments
- Liaising with shipping lines & customers
- Quotations
- Attending weekly meetings with operational team
- Reviewing KPI's with branch manager to identify areas of improvement

**Skills needed**:

- Must have at least 3 years+ experience dealing with ocean imports & exports
- Excellent communications skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team player
- Progression available

**Working Hours**:

- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
