We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Owner with a proven track record of driving commercial success in product launches to join our team.

Working within the Data visualisation product stream you will take the lead on developing tools to support clients migration and visualisation of data.

As a commercially astute Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that optimise the customer experience and contribute to business growth of our online B2C product.

**Responsibilities**:
As Product Owner at PlotBox, you will be expected to
- Act as the primary liaison, leveraging your commercial acumen to comprehend and foresee client and market needs. Engage in effective communication with stakeholders across the spectrum, emphasising the commercial aspect, to collaboratively shape a visionary roadmap for key product areas.
- Develop, own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Manage the product backlog, balancing scope, budget and time to prioritise objectives and map out dependencies
- Oversee the development stages, collaborating with the product and development teams to plan, execute and review each sprint,
- Take accountability for each stage of the development process and work closely with the team to refine and improve the development process
- Evaluate product progress, inspect and assessing progress through each iteration and determining if the final product is acceptable
- Articulate problems and processes in a way which is understandable to key stakeholders, both business and technical, and facilitate the analysis and design of effective solutions.
- Ability to articulate the specific commercial outcomes or results of the product to the team.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop strategies to ensure the success of the product.

**What we are looking for**:

- A specialism working with data migration and visualisation
- At least 1-year experience working as a product owner delivering new, and iterations of existing systems and products, using agile methodologies OR
- At least 2 years’ experience working within agile software development projects (SaaS technology ideally) either as a project manager, business analyst or other relevant role
- Proven track record of stakeholder management experience in a similar role

Desirable Experience - It’s not a deal breaker, but ideally you will have:

- Working with customers in a discovery process
- Providing guidance and support to customers embarking on digital transformation
- Expereince working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Experience building AI tools
- Experience using GIS to visualise data
- Wireframing and prototyping tools and techniques
