**Salary and packages**:

- Full time, Permanent Role
- Basic salary: £28,040
- Monday - Friday (9:00am -5:00pm)
- Hybrid working available after 6 month probation period (up to 2 days at home)

**Key roles and responsibilities**
- Sales and purchase order processing (preparing quotations, invoicing, processing orders, data input)
- Extensive customer focused telephone liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt approach to diverse range of contacts, contracts, suppliers and internal personnel
- Checking and monitoring stock levels
- Schedule and organise deliveries
- Gathering and entering/formatting information into department spreadsheets
- General administration details
- Working as an integral part of a fast-paced team

**Key Qualities and Experience**
- Sound Administrative experience
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to provide accurate quotations
- Excellent communication skills, via written and verbal mediums
- High degree of accuracy
- Proven experience of working to deadlines
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, environment
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proven advanced level of Computer literacy - Microsoft Excel/Word/Access
- Order Processing experience ideal but not essential
