Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our fantastic team, carrying out grounds maintenance duties and based at our depot in Crewe. It is important that you have good communication skills, combined with a pro-active and flexible approach to your duties.
You will supervise a team (up to 2) of grounds staff to carry out agreed work programmes.
- Ensure all individual client contract maintenance specification and frequencies are maintained as per the agreed schedule.
- Ensure all staff are operating within the operational standards
- Supervise maintenance and security of equipment and vehicles
- Carry out strimming, grass cutting, hedge trimming and usual grounds maintenance activities
A driving licence is required, ideally with ability to tow a trailer. Spraying licence is preferred, but not essential as training can be given. Experience of grounds maintenance would be preferable but not essential.
28 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)
This is a permanent job with wage rates dependent on experience and qualifications.
