This is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of the South Easts most prominent and highly reputable legal firms. Starting at entry level, you will gain valuable experience and training to become a Legal Cashier.
You may be a school/college leaver who enjoys numbers and is ambitious and enthusiastic to carve out a career within a highly experienced and supportive firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Posting payments and inputting onto the online banking system (Bankline)
- Posting receipts (cheques and online receipts)
- Checking and posting client bills and credit notes
- Posting client transfers and bill write offs
- Dealing with fee earner and secretary queries
- Processing work in progress (time) transfers and write offs
- Processing staff expenses
- Producing and following up monitoring reports (e.g. inactive accounts, residual balances, client-to-office transfers)
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
Location: Tunbridge Wells

**Salary**: Generous
Hours: 9.15-5.30
