An exciting opportunity has arisen at Dartford campus for a **Reception and Student Information Assistant** to join the Student Support team on a part time basis. This role is 22.5 hours per week working Monday - Thursday 12:45 - 17:15, Friday 12:15-16:45.

This role is our first point of contact for students, staff, and the general public, acting as the front-line receptionist at our busy campus. This role will handle all incoming calls through an internal switchboard, ensuring that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times whether in person, or on the phone.

The effective running of the reception function is central to ensuring that our customers both internal and external, are provided with the correct information and/or directed in the appropriate direction.
