Regulatory Horizon Scanning Manager

Responsibilities:
- The Manager shall be the prime administrator for the Regulatory Horizon Scanning system (the 'System'). This will encompass managing technical aspects of the System including maintenance of the topic taxonomy mapping to SMEs, on
- and off-boarding of users,providing initial training support, configuration support for user dashboards and management information, and liaison with the System provider (the 'Provider') for any system upgrades, releases or issues. In addition, the Manager shall be part of the bank'srelationship team with the Provider.
- Production of regular management information available from the System as requested by the bank, including for internal governance forums.
- Liaison with individual colleagues across various departments regarding allocated tasks in the System (as required).
- Liaison with other Global Regions in respect of the System.
Skills desired:
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Experience in drafting of operating policies and similar supporting documentation
- Experience of designing clear and actionable management information
- Understanding of Investment Banking or Global Markets business
- Experience of managing and administering Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, ideally in the regulatory horizon / change tracking space
- Ability to influence senior managers and other stakeholders
