Johnston Fuels is a family business that has been growing since 1965. As a shared service to all Group Companies which is regularly increasing, we are currently responsible for 12 limited companies and almost 300 members of staff.

We are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to help support the Group HR Manager and HR advisor. We are looking for someone who can be organised and responsive to all tasks given to them in an efficient manner.

**Key duties will include;**
- Maintenance, monitoring and filing of all personnel communications for all employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Other Administrative duties i.e. Logging of expenses, monitoring and filing of all personnel communications and the update of business processes and procedures.
- Strong administration skills
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
- A high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- To enjoy working with people
- Good administrative skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail

**Salary**:Dependent on Experience

**Hours**: Full time or Part Time Considered

**Start Date**: ASAP- Dependent on Notice Period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-37.5 per week
