**Responsibilities**:
Create stunning and unique floral arrangements to meet customer needs
Assist with the Valentine’s Day peak, ensuring timely and beautiful delivery of orders
Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper care and handling
Provide excellent customer service, offering expert advice on floral selections
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in floristry or a relevant NVQ qualification
Strong knowledge of different flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
