Join Our Team Ojo Rojo, a vibrant and popular restaurant in the heart of Bournemouth, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality industry and looking to advance their career in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £5.50-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
