**Reports into**: Warehouse Manager
**Location**: Vibration Music Warehouse, Walthamstow
**Working Pattern**:09.00 - 18.00, Monday to Friday and some weekends
**Contract Type**: Casual
**Hourly rate**:£13 per hour

**Who we are**:
Vibration Production is a fast-paced creative production warehouse priding itself on quality and delivery. We are a unique company within the events industry and can deliver all aspects of production, design, furniture and props from our extensive warehouse. Supplier of production services to the ever - expanding Vibration Group and its sister companies as well as other leading event companies. We deliver high profile events across the whole of the events industry and major in the corporate and private markets.

**What we’re looking for**:
We have a vast and eclectic stock of props and furniture, which is constantly expanding, and deliver high profile events across the whole events industry.

We are currently looking to expand our talented team with like-minded people, who have a high level of attention to detail and great people skills.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Preparing and packaging the furniture and props from a detailed load list
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of the vehicles
- Working alongside full-time members of the warehouse team
- Receiving and logging deliveries and collections
- Ensuring that job and time sheets for each job are completed.
- Assisting with maintaining the warehouse in a tidy and orderly fashion.
- Adhering to health and safety standards in the warehouse.

**You’ll need to have**:

- A self-motivated attitude
- A strong desire to deliver quality
- Be a team player
- Have the desire to see the job through to completion
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a desire to join a small team
- Computer literate and be able to operate a stock control program after training
- Experience of props and furniture is desirable but not a necessity

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
