Carpenter/general Builder

Focus Build Ltd require a General Builder with a carpentry background for long term work around Surrey & South West London, works range from loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments and new builds.

As a company we have secured projects running until 2024

We are steadily building a team and are looking for General Builder to complete our skill set.
- Beneficial to have own set of tools
- Must live within a reasonable distance of Chessington, Surrey
- Be proactive, punctual, enthusiastic & hard working
- Driving license essential
- Company van included after probation
- Private health insurance included after probation
- Willing to go the extra mile

**Experience**:

- 5+ years on site experience

**Location**:

- South West London/Surrey

Qualifications:
Relevant City & Guilds certificate or equivalent

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
- General building: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
