Middleton Structures Ltd is a busy Structural Steelwork Design, Manufacture and Installation privately owned company based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. We have been successfully trading for seven years with continued organic growth, during which time we have gained a solid reputation within the industry.

We’re looking for a professional, driven and organised individual to join our busy team on a part time basis, three days a week with a view to becoming full time over the next six - twelve months.

Role Details:

- Invoice / Application processing and submission.
- Processing invoices and organising payment for the supply chain.
- Managing and chasing retentions.
- Completing VAT Returns.
- Raising & Issuing Purchase Orders.
- Chasing due / outstanding invoices.
- Ad-hoc office and accounting duties.
- Three - Five years experience in Accounts Administration.
- Proficient in Zero Accounting Software or Similar.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills and highly computer literate.
- Honest, Diligent and Professional.
- Ability to work alone, remain focused and introduce good working practices into the business.
- Good interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Details:

- Office based 3 Days Per Week. 8:30 AM - 17:00 PM. Thursday, Friday & Monday.
- £20-25K Per Year depending on experience.
- Holidays & statutory pay.
- Company Pension.
